Umerang Imetengel-Remoket is an organizational development and change professional with almost 2 decades of experience supporting complex organizations across government, higher education, nonprofit, and program-driven environments. Her work includes contributing to large-scale change initiatives, organizational and capacity assessments, leadership and workforce development efforts, and strategic planning projects, often within highly regulated or grant-funded settings.

She has worked closely with executive leadership, program directors, technical teams, and frontline staff to help organizations translate strategy into action, strengthen internal alignment, and improve how work gets done across teams. Her approach emphasizes clarity, communication, and shared ownership, ensuring that change efforts are practical, people-centered, and sustainable.

As a military spouse and mom, Umerang brings a lived understanding of constant transition, competing priorities, and the importance of adaptable, supportive systems. This perspective informs her approach to leadership, organizational design, and change, and guides her work with organizations of all sizes to create environments where people can contribute meaningfully, adapt with confidence, and move forward together.
